A rich garnet red colour in the glass, this Pinot Noir presents aromas of ripe raspberries and sun warmed red plum, finishing with dried thyme. The full red fruits and dried savoury hints help give the wine a smooth round structure which leads to a deliciously long toasty finish.
The fruit for this wine is sourced from selected vineyards in Marlborough, predominately from the southern valleys in Marlborough. The wine was matured in seasoned French oak and also underwent malolactic fermentation to give a silky smooth texture.
