Youthfully charming and elegant, our Pinot Gris continues to satisfy Gris lovers with its succulent apple, pear and nectarine flavours. With vibrant fruit flavours, exceptional aromatics and a rounded mouthfeel it is delightfully drinkable.

Colour: Light golden yellow with bright green hues.
Aroma: Lifted floral aromas with juicy apple, nectarine and pear notes and a hint of creaminess on the nose.
Palate: Very appealing on the palate with vibrant fruit flavours and a silky, rounded mouthfeel.
The grapes for this wine were grown in carefully selected vineyards in Hawke’s Bay. A slow, temperature controlled fermentation of small parcels was undertaken, followed by a period of contact with the lees to add complexity to the wine. These parcels were then blended and the wine was bottled young to capture the aromatic characters and freshness.
