Church Road McD Series Pinot Gris

Full-bodied, lush style of Pinot Gris with a medium level of sweetness kept in check by a structured palate and a hint of spice on the finish.

Food Pairing
It has a great ability to work with a surprising array of food styles, particularly richer dishes where drier white wines can get lost. A sweet / savoury contrast works well when matching this wine and Pork belly is a great example. It is also great with blue cheese, pate and prosciutto. Alternatively it is a great match with many south east Asian inspired dishes.

Alcohol level
