WINEMAKING NOTES
The fruit for this wine was grown on both the upper and
the lower terraces of Askerne Vineyard. The beautifully ripe
fruit was harvested on 4th April 2019 at 24.6 brix sugar
level.

TASTING NOTES
Ripe tropical fruit characters of pineapple, banana and
quince combine with subtle vanilla custard and burnt toffee
aromas. The lovely fruit driven, textural palate is plush and well
balanced with a dry finish.
